Refund Policy

We understand plans change, and we always want to make sure we are here to support you.  This refund policy covers team registration, individual registration and vendor registration.

• For teams or individuals willing to cancel their registration, Islamic Games would provide 90% refund up to ten (10) days before the scheduled start of the Games. Please check date for our Games.  
• No refund shall be processed within 10 days of the schedules start date.
• If you decide not to participate or compete on your own accord within 10 days before the schedule event date, there shall be NO REFUND
• If an event or a category is cancelled by the Islamic Games Organizing Committee, the teams or individuals affected will be fully refunded.
